| Please use EFT to pay for weekly and monthly collections, and participate in in-parish tuition. Fill out the EFT Form and send it to the parish office. |

Bottles and Cans
|
| Send your bottles and cans with the Bottles and Cans form. On the first Wednesday of each month, from 7:45 am to 8:30 am, a PTO representative collects and tallies by classroom all Massachusetts redeemable cans and bottles (e.g.,soda, seltzer, & beer) brought in by students and their families. Only include those cans/bottles that can be redeemed in Massachusetts for $.05. Please separate glass from cans and plastic bottles. Glass mixed in with cans and bottles is a safety issue for the employees at the redemption center. If Wednesday mornings are not convenient for you, please consider turning your cans & bottles in at the redemption site at the Fernald School located at 200 Trapelo Rd, Waltham. Let them know that you would like the proceeds donated to “Our Lady’s Academy.” |

Scrip Gift Cards
|
|
We've started a new fundraising program at Our Lady's that will help us purchase new computer equipment and other items we need within the school. The program is called “Scrip,” which means "substitute money," better known as gift certificates from national and local retailers. These are the same gift certificates that you buy at the store.
Scrip participating retailers agree to sell gift certificates to our organization at a discount. Member families like yours buy the certificates for full face value and they redeem them for full face value.
Here are the list of retailers in the Waltham area. Below this is a comprehensive list of retailers, nationwide. If you shop at any of these stores, please use a Scrip card and our school will receive a donation.

Super Raffle
|
|
This School Board sponsored fundraiser is a popular and fun night out among both school parents and the parish community. Tickets are $100 each for the $10,000 elimination raffle and will admit two people. Tickets include: music, appetizers, and buffet dinner with coffee & dessert. There will be many additional raffle opportunites including the class raffle baskets and class projects.

March Madness
|
This School Board sponsored fundraiser is raises money for our teachers and our curriculum. Tickets will be sold throughout February for $10 each or 6 tickets for $50.00. Tickets are sold in February. Every day in March a winner is drawn. Prizes range from $100 to $500 and once a ticket is drawn it goes back into the pot for a chance to win the next day.

Hannaford's Helps Schools Program

| Do you shop at Hannaford? Have you received a "Hannaford Helps Schools Certificate"? If so, please drop them in the Our Lady's School slot as you exit the store. To assure our school gets credit for the certificate, please write "Our Lady's Academy, Waltham MA" on the back of the certificate. You may also send them into school. Just pop them in an envelope and mark it "Attention: PTO-Hannaford Helps." This program runs from Sept. 6 to Dec. 6 All certificates must be turned in to the store by Dec. 18, 2009.
