| For the upcoming 2010-2011 School Year, Our Lady’s Academy is now partnering with SMART Tuition. We will now be able to produce custom reports on enrollment and collect various demographic information on our students, which will improve and streamline the administrative process at Our Lady’s Academy.
We will continue to offer three convenient payment options:
- Payment in full by July 1st with a 2% discount and no fee
- Ten monthly ACH payments from August through May with a $43 fee
- Two monthly ACH payments in August and January with a $15 fee
We will also be offering the convenience of credit card payments with a 2.5% convenience fee charged to the credit card holder.
The Our Lady’s business office will calculate your tuition and send your completed enrollment form to SMART Tuition. Once SMART Tuition receives your enrollment form, they will send you three pieces of information:
1. Welcome Letter ,
2. Username & Password, and
3. Itemized Tuition Breakdown and Detailed Payment Plan.

Our Lady’s Academy’s school ID is 10891 and you will be prompted to enter in your checking account information as part of the enrollment process. Notification will be sent to you of your tuition amount and payment schedule after you have enrolled.
The deadline for re-enrollment for existing families is March 5, 2010. If you are a new family enrolling for the first time at Our Lady’s Academy, please contact the school office at 781-899-0353 in order to inquire as to seat availability in your child’s or children’s grade levels.
PLEASE NOTE: Completing the SMART Tuition on-line enrollment does not complete your registration process for the 2010-2011 School Year. You must still submit completed registration forms to the school office along with a $250 application fee.
For families who wish to apply for financial aid, we will still be using the FACTS Grant & Aid application process (N.B. financial aid application deadline is April 1st). Save Time, Apply Online: www.factstuitionaid.com
