A Note from the Principal
By now, every family should have received a letter and packet of information and forms to get you ready for the first day of school. If you haven’t received this packet, you can find most of the information on the website and you can download a copy of my letter here. Below is a list of the forms that need to be filled out and returned on the first day of school. I am very excited to begin a new academic year and I am looking forward to seeing everyone on the first day of school.

Forms to be filled out
There are four sets of forms to be filled out and returned to school on September 7:
- School Forms, which the office uses to administer the students. These forms are to be returned to the School Office.
- Medical forms, which the Nurse's office uses. These forms are to be returned to the School Office.
- PTO Forms, The PTO organizes the volunteers for each event in the school. As each parent volunteers, that time is used to calculate the family's service hours which generates a $200 rebate per family. Please read the description of the events and use the link next to the event to sign up and volunteer.
- Milk and Lunch menu forms, which should be returned to the blue bucket outside the School Office. The Milk Order form is good for the entire year. The September lunch menu are available now and must be filled out and returned by September 9.
- Optionally you may sign up for After School. Please go to the AfterSchool page to fill out the registration forms.
