Shorin-Ryu Karate Academy presents "After School Martial Arts" on Mondays from 2:30-3:15 pm. The cost is $85.00 per student, 2nd family member $5.00 off.

During the school year, the Children's Choir sings during the 9:00 am Mass on Sundays and the first Friday school Mass. The children rehearse on Wednesday afternoons. At dismissal, Mr. Fallon will meet the students in the conference room by the school office. (There are no rehearsals on the first half-day Wednesday of the month.) Instrumental Music Lessons for band and string instruments are offered through the Paul Effman Music Service. Rehearsals are held after school on Tuesdays and are directed by Mr. Christopher Nowselski and his Assistant Director, Ms. Jeana Agan. Private Vocal Lessons are offered by Mr. Fallon through Fallon Vocal Studios of Arlington, MA. Extensive vocal technique is studied and songs from the Musical Theater, Opera, Pop, Irish, and Sacred Music repertoire are explored. The OLA Drama Club provides opportunities to sharpen skills in acting, singing, and dancing. Most importantly, however, it's a chance to have fun!
Any parents with a strong interest in the arts are warmly invited to join the Our Lady's Academy Arts Committee. We will meet a few times each school year to assess, evaluate, plan, and develop future OLA celebrations of the Visual and Performing Arts. Chess Wizards, one of the largest chess academies in the nation, offers specially designed classes that cater to all levels of chess ability. Classes are typically held on Fridays after school at Our Lady’s Academy. To register your child, print the flyer and submit it to the school office.
