The goal of the PTO is to foster a positive school spirit and to enhance the school experience through activities that engage the entire school community.

The monthly PTO meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 7:30pm in the conference room opposite the school office. ALL school parents are always welcome!

Our Lady’s Academy is a very busy school community that relies on the help and support of our wonderful parents. Specifically, the PTO promotes and runs fundraising events, social events, and student enrichment activities. All of our events require volunteers throughout the year. Please see below under Events and Activities for more information. If no events happen to be listed for the near future, stay tuned. We usually have something up our sleeve!

Events and Activities

The PTO has put together social and fundraising events for the school year. As an event approaches, a SignUpGenius link will be posted here and emailed to parents requesting volunteers. Check back for new postings or visit the school calendar!

Service Hours Logs

Service Hours Log Sheets

Please contact the school office for Log Sheets.

Each family at Our Lady's Academy must volunteer at least 25 service hours a year to be eligible for the service tuition discount. Of the 25 service hours, 8 hours must be directly related to marketing or fundraising activities - which could include working at the school Open Houses (links above). To record your service hours and get credit for them, you need to fill out the Service Hours Log Sheets and submit them to Mrs. Minor at the end of November, January, and April. On the second page of each log is an explanation of the acceptable service hours. Volunteering at events generally counts toward the fulfillment of Service Hours. 
            
All families are required to participate in Bingo and usual Bingo duties do not count towards service hours.

All parents must fill out a CORI form every year and attend Virtus training once. See the School Parents page for information about CORI and Virtus training.
