| For the upcoming 2011-2012 School Year, Our Lady’s Academy continues to partner with Smart Tuition. We will continue to offer the following payment options:
- Payment in full by July 1st with a 2% discount and no fee – USE PLAN A form
- Ten monthly ACH payments with a $43 fee – USE PLAN B/C form
- Two ACH payments with a $15 fee – USE PLAN B/C form
PLEASE NOTE: We also offer the convenience of credit card payments with a 2.5% convenience fee charged to the credit card holder.

Registration If you are a new family enrolling for the first time at Our Lady’s Academy, please contact the school office at 781-899-0353, or send an email to office@ourladysacademy.org, in order to inquire as to seat availability in your child’s or children’s grade levels. Admission and registration is handled by the school office, not by finance.
If you are registering after February 28, 2011, the $250 registration fee is non-refundable and your payments cannot be extended beyond June 2012. All tuition payments for the 2011-2012 school year must be paid in full no later than June 20, 2012.
Tuition TermsIn order to complete your enrollment at Our Lady’s Academy, in addition to the registration fee of $250 and completed registration forms, we must receive your completed SMART Tuition form.

When you indicate your payment terms, please use either: Plan A if you are paying in full, or the Plan B/C if you are paying monthly.
If you are selecting monthly payments, please remember to select either the 5th or 20th of each month for your automatic payment date. If no selection is made, the 20th is the default payment date.
Once all of your banking information is received, the business office will calculate your tuition, and send you a tuition contract within 60 days.
Those registered by February 28, 2011 will have ten monthly payments from August 2011 through May 2012, or 2 payments in August 2011 and January 2012.
Please register as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee a seat for your child next year if you register after February 28, 2011.
