Admissions Process
Considering our school? We are thrilled to hear that!
Please, if you haven’t already, schedule a tour at your convenience. We think an in-person visit is the best way to experience all that we have to offer. Once you are ready to apply, please complete the application and be sure to have copies of the following documents:

Student Records Release Form (download the form here)

Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)

Birth Certificate

For Grades 1-8, please include student’s most recent report card.
For an application to be considered complete, a $400 non-refundable application fee is required.
Students Entering Grades 1-8

Grade 1-8 applicants will be contacted upon completion of the student’s records review
Kindergarten Students

Kindergarten applicants will be contacted regarding March screening dates

Kindergarten students who are accepted will receive an acceptance letter via mail by April 18, 2023.

The application fee minus $50 is refundable if your child is not accepted.
All other students can expect to receive their acceptance letters on a rolling basis within 30 days of their screening appointment or records review.
Wait lists are kept for all grades and students are promptly notified when a vacant seat becomes available. If offered a seat a decision of acceptance must be made at the end of the following school day.
